    Companies with no potential (dare I say phantom explorers) are still listed and going at 1-2-3c a share thriving on pure P&D.....but this one with all the assets and working history has folded meekly when dilution may have been considered, but didn't...,,thats something I am unable to understand, and my conviction in saying 'allowed to fail' looks undebatable on this one point. Any thoughts?
