Nothing has been announced as yet. If Howard has been voted (or booted) out, then it is a great news for everyone.
I only hope that Jayaweera proves me wrong. Its too early to find out the true intention and I will judge based on how the management structure looks like in 3 months - 6 months and what they have delivered. Lets see what the SP looks like in the next 6 - 12 months unless a TO happens before that under Jayaweera. Maybe he will say that it was forced by the top 2 holders who sold their stake to someone else which triggered the TO? (like his previous company). And it doesnt have to be a chinese company.
I am sure there are so many transactions that Howard and the management needs to be accountable for and if Jayaweera does act on it which results in legal action against Howard, I will believe that he has the best intentions for the share holders.
Until then, i am going to celebrate the partial victory by having half a bottle of beer.
