You stated earlier that you had a price target of 40cents for this one.

The majority of people who read that will not give your target much of a thought as it is beyond the realms of the average punters reasoning.

I believe your target is more than achievable.

Working backwards:
* A price of $0.40 gives ADO diluted market Cap of approximately $360million
* If this figure represented lets say 5 times earnings then the Company would be generating EBITA of approximately $72million per annum

Can it be done:
* The Company has stated in a presentation that within 5 years it could be targeting the generation of an annual royalty stream of between $140-$390million

Royalty Revnue is a great thing - overheads are the only cost. So I think your target of 40cents based on fundamentals and information to date are more than justified.

If ADO can start to get some revenue through the door, I think the share price will appreciate quite quickly.
