Honestly those that can afford to should forget about PEN for a while. Yeah sure we would all have sold at 15, I almost pulled the pin at 7.2 but the damn DFS got to me. So, lets all take a deep breath and wait. The US needs american U and PEN has it, Wyoming needs the jobs from this.
