Well it was all going so well - controlled fracking for 4 days with loads of sand put in. All leading up to a conclusion that you are doing OK so you don't need the TLS changing
,, but then a trailing event that they can't control which leads to a conclusion that you can't really control this thing so why would we change the TLS?
