let me add too that even if a finance deal is struck, you are not out of the woods then......the quality & credibility of the fiancier is paramount.
research CMR or do a google for "friends of compass resources" and you will see what i mean.
CMR were sitting on a great asset but she went to the wall.
when you take on debt for any project there are inherant risks.
