I agree, i think it's quite silly to suggest people to not follow the instructions for use on the packaging. It says 1 or 2 capsules per day. At that dose myself and many others i know have reported a calming effect.Who cares if you need X amount of whatever, no one is impressed by that type of behaviour mate! Maybe you should seek some professional medical advice because it seems you have deeper issues than just needing to relax after a stressful day at work.
