I have been experimenting a little bit with each type of capsule before bed, and last night i decided to not have one, because i was really tired anyway and to see what difference it would have on my sleep, and i did notice this morning it was much harder to wake up, whereas when i have had the Kava before bed, getting up the next day has been really easy. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
