Its not all good will. Its still a gravy train. In reality FIJ now has two interim CEOs, the 1 million oppies for Simms is on top of his regular exec pay and the oppies are his even if he is not appointed CEO. If they appoint a new CEO after the annual meeting he will still get the oppies or the conversion in pay. Oppies being exercisable at 10.5c is not that much of an incentive either.
