My experience with FijiKava Noble Sleep-

4 tablets Noble Sleep at 5PM - No induced sense of clam or sleep
4 tablets Noble Sleep at 7PM - No induced sense of calm or sleep
4 tablets Noble Sleep at 9PM - No induced sense of calm or sleep
@ 11PM I took 60mg codeine and 4mg Etizolam and glass of wine (this is about half the dose that I have taken in the previous days/weeks so I was not expecting to sleep well).

Went to bed at around midnight, woke to alarm at 5.30am and felt quite refreshed. So unexpectedly I had not a bad nights sleep.

Was the restful sleep Kava related. I cannot say for certain but tonight I will eliminate the Codeine, Etizolam and Alcohol. I have a pretty high tolerance so I will take another 12 Noble sleep tablets. If I sleep well tonight from my perspective I could reliably say that there may be some efficacy to the product.

Another thing I would say is my appetite was not as great last night so maybe some appetite suppressant qualities there.
