I have a pretty high tolerance so I will take another 12 Noble sleep tablets. If I sleep well tonight from my perspective I could reliably say that there may be some efficacy to the product.

Another thing I would say is my appetite was not as great last night so maybe some appetite suppressant qualities there.

I think it's pretty self explanatory why you're not feeling an effect from Kava. You probably need 200 mg of ketamine to get a good sleep.
