watso would like to think that he has a stock, called resolute, which may, or may not be classified as a boderline producer (but is producing 250,000 oz per annum. however dunding issues relating to expansion, for a project, which could be "boderline" mean that it might be difficult to raise the moolah (hope not, as they are suspended, pending a capital raising)
