    A good local one was when that South African cricker (whose name escapes me) and who had been to see a psychologist after being dismissed by Shane Warne over and over and over came to the crease...

    ... the Oz Captain tosssed Warne the ball and before he went to his mark said..."Right! Lets see if we can send you back to that couch"!
