If the coy know that a large holder is selling at any cost, shouldn't they be trying to find a buyer and arrange an off market trade?
They'll need to raise capital soon so it's imperative that that seller is out and doesn't affect dilution!
This is an amazing oppurtunity if the only reason is a large holder needing out at any cost...
