    MXUPA is purely a fundamentals/trust the board play.. board has stated clearly that they intend to continue to pay dividends..

    The properties held in the trust are leased to 99% with average tenants lokced in for over 5 years.

    Cannot see why board would not choose pay out distributions if the rent money is coming in....
