oversold - hammered like a cane toad

Bought Adcorp (AAU) yesterday for 66c from a tech perspective. Out of interest I checked out the fundamentals on this little duck. Return on Equity 20% past 5 years. This is a little gem which has been sold down for a profit downgrade to 4-4.3 million. Last time it reported a profit of $4 mill (june 2002) the stock trade at 75cents suggesting there is some upside from current prices. It recently fell through that support which will now act as resistence. Oh! the divi is also higher now and should be easily supported by the excessive cash at hand (some 12 million). Check it out.
