Well tonight I made schnitzel. Panko crumbs, with parmesan and tuscan seasoning etc, plus roast potatoes (in lard) lol, peas, zucchini, and gravy.
The best part was my 2 daughters 19/16 and Mrs rebel were there.. Cant beat family
