    VeCommerce teams up with Damovo Ireland

    Strengthens capabilities to deliver speech solutions in Europe


    VeCommerce Limited (ASX:VCM), a global leader in the provision of natural
    language speech recognition (NLSR), speaker verification and voice enabled
    solutions, has entered into a partnership with Damovo to address the
    significant opportunity for speech recognition self service solutions in
    Ireland. The partnership will see the two organisations work together to
    offer such voice solutions to the Irish market.

    "Damovo has a proven reputation around the world for delivering innovative
    'end to end' communications solutions, and its growing customer base of
    leading blue-chip companies within the Irish market reflects that," said
    Paul Magee, VeCommerce Limited's Managing Director. "Our VeConnect® and
    VeSecure® applications have had great acceptance and success in other
    English speaking markets, and I anticipate the same outcomes in Ireland."

    enabled self-service solutions VeCommerce has developed for the contact
    centre market is of great interest to us. The use of such solutions to
    quickly and accurately identify a caller and transfer them to the most
    appropriately skilled resource for assistance can save a huge amount of

    customer. Teaming with VeCommerce will help strengthen our professional
    services capability and allow us to deliver speech recognition solutions
    quickly and successfully."

    VeConnect 'front ends' an entire call centre, working with onsite telephony
    and computer systems to automatically complete transactions or route calls
    to the correct resource for assistance. Where customers need to be
    identified prior to assistance, VeSecure completes the customer
    identification process by comparing caller information against knowledge
    already stored in a customer database, or through the use of voice
    biometric-based methods where the caller's voice is compared to a digitised
    'voice print' before transferring the call.

    VeCommerce has been a pioneer within the voice recognition industry since
    1998. Demonstrating that the market for voice enabled self-service solutions
    is growing, and that its suite of 'field hardened' application modules and
    mature application development expertise continues to attract ongoing global
    interest, VeCommerce was recently chosen as a shortlisted entrant in the

    Business Awards, and now has customers in 5 countries around the world.
