Okay I got 2 others that I have decent positions in (but not quite as big as EXR) that I think will have massive long term potential. They are MNB, and RLT. If I had to pick the most undervalued then MNB would win however I believe RLT and will do extremely well too.

Minbos (MNB) has 369m SOI, they have a project which originally had a NPV of @USD260m (PFS) however increase in Phosphate pricing increased substantially and NPV should be around USD550m. Current Market Cap is only AUD31m. Project has strong support from Angolan government and International Fertiliser Board. CAPEX is less than $30m and potentially will be non dilutive funding by International Fertiliser Board.

Renergen (RLT) has 120m SOI, they have the only onshore petroleum production right issued in South Africa and has 1st mover advantage for the distribution of domestic natural gas. Their natural gas has also proven to contain some of the highest Helium content globally and they are now exploring helium production as well as LNG. They have recently signed an MOU with large German automobile manufacture (name kept confidential) for Helium supply. Extremely strong BOD including ex management from Development Bank of ZA and SADC.
