Yes there’s been a lot of shorting going on through the spec end since April, EXR is a quality share, as are a lot of the others on the list, they will have their day, makes it hard to just blindly hold now though, which is exactly why algorithms are used I guess.
It will be interesting to see where Cryptos end up, unfortunately if the music stops a lot of investors will be left with nothing and no recompense, the reward would want to be high for the risk.
