1. any boat arrivals to get temporary status, no exceptions...with no family reunion rights, if you leave australia, no right to another protection visa -
this would include no access to any education/uni/tafe/, govt run work programs with no access to any dole, due to temporary status. any refugee who arrives this way has NO judicial access due to non citizen/pr status
