no access to dole...if not working in the first 5 years, must attend community work programs, menial work or otherwise. Comulsory english programs and integration into australian society classes given
contract signed by refugees...any offence that is committed in the future of greater than 1 year jail sentence shall result in cancellation of pr status/citizenship, and removal from australia, if safe. If still unsafe, temporary status given, with no right of review
