I think people should always do their own calculations of value so they don't have others to blame. I look at some broker comments to see if they have any interesting takes but consider most broker price targets as self serving.
I'm holding but not sure how much price appreciation we can expect short term with some pretty extreme climate and weather action likely in the offing.
