the way they have decided to do this will do one of two thngs
1.increase the sp immediately 20-25% if the market are after higher than normal returns on their money...but only if they see the company doing good things with the capital they retain and advancing the company with good acquisitions
2.If the market is unsure of the companies future prospects the sp will drop 20-25% which after the cap return will see parity at the current sp.After the return the sp will drop further as the increased issue and also only 170 mill left over
which way it will go depends on the big players not us little guys...$100k or so wont move this either way.
definitely an interesting company to be watching at the moment
holders who are investors must be pretty happy
short term traders must be nervous.
a good long term hold in my opinion after reading the proposition thoroughly.Option holders should be delighted.
