    The best thing about LEP:
    Is not its dividends that are sitting around 12%.
    Is not that it owns 100 of the best hotels in Oz and has Woolworths as a long term tenant for the majority of these premises.
    Is not that it is rated one of the best real estate trusts in OZ and has a very manageable debt profile.
    For me it is that it owns Young and Jacksons and whenever I am in Melboune I can sit in the bar upstairs and claim part ownership to Chloe.
