To put things into perspective the Munali mine began production around June 2008 and went into care and maintenence around March 2009 due to producing nickel at a loss.
It reopened in March this year and has started to ramp up production again. I personally would rather it stay unlisted until it is actually producing nickel at a profit rather than relist early while producing at a loss.
