I am currently doing an experiment by using sulphate of potash on a couple of my plants to determine if it will return a better flavour to the fruit. I'm unsure if it works but will give it a try.

Potash.... yep good on tomatoes however if you have a fire and good wood to burn the potash from it is better than sulphate of potash because you get minerals that you dont get with the sulphate of potash. Add some epsom salts and also some gypsum as source of calcium to avoid blossom end rot.to complete the picture
