    same technique over and over. Cap it. Suck out the weak. Buy up... cap it.. suck out the weak.. buy it up. They are exhausting the selling at each level. I doubt it can hang sub 20 for much longer. Theres no genuine sales supply below - just the cappers at 20/20.5. Another pop and its off into the early 20s.
