for me its not the placement itself that is the issue. The strategy of getting insto's on board to increase profile may end up working quite well.
For me the real issue is IBG management made it clear (often and recently) that one of the key advantages is they were fully funded to DFS completion and the next time they go to market would be for development capital. Without notice and without explanation they broke these commitments...
So it becomes a trust issue......the worst issue of them all.
