Regarding your question why 'this particular stock'
Alara's two main prospects are in GCC counties, IMO we can't be certain the playing field will stay level e.g. I hold stock in gold producers operating in nations that have in recent times, introduced increased taxes on gold production - much to my chagrin. Charts can not indicate or predict changes in the rules.
