I think what Scooters pointed out on another thread re the CFO leaving PLS is interesting.
Maybe the plan has been all along for the ex PLS management team to relocate to TNG
Could explain why Biddle was so quick to come on board during the 249D.
I suspect the Darwin refinery site falling over, maybe COVID too, put a huge spanner in the works of their timeline plans hence TNG managements (what appeared to be) emotional and now much maligned ASX announcement at the time.
