If you had any doubts about the board and CEO not acting in the interests of shareholders they should be extinguished by the extension to twelve months notice for an employee that is to be shown the door in six months. That is directly taking dollars out of shareholder pockets.We must persevere with board renewal as a matter of urgency. The current board configuration is obviously not working in shareholder interests. I will be supporting further change.
