I think you and others are getting bogged down in the detail and missing the big picture. Burton bled this company for years and got away with it except for lonely voices like ando seeing through the flam. But it made no difference as he used a variety of methods to keep his hold on power.
We then have some major shareholders deciding to mount another 249D and proposing GW as Chair(also a major holder)

All of a sudden we see Elkington,step down ,Hemson step down and Burton publicly humiliated. Biddle is brought in as a saviour and we start talking about lithium. GW misses out by the smallest of margins but A.Robinson sweeps in. Burton then gets a further 6 months grace. Biddle is yesterdays man and not the one to take the company forward. It stinks of backroom deals.

For this company to have any future ,it is simple ;a cleanout at the top with capable ,competent ,ethical people coming in with particular skill sets .. GW with his NT heritage corporate finance skills and worldwide financial contacts . Simon Morton is valuable, Robinson brings in other essential expertise and lastly we have to hope that Fisher can be enticed back. Also as stated, GW will be able to attract a top-draw CEO.
As the requisitioning shareholders , who have major skin in the game realised , the company will continue to have cr's to fund lifestyles while the significant potential gradually becomes another " could of and should of ". There is one more chance to right the ship. The 249D almost did it ;lets get it right this time

So to my mind it is simple ; vote FOR Grant Wilson; vote AGAINST N.Biddle
