Forgetting, of course, the absurd reason Biden was given a pass...try to explain:

• Why they wont release the tapes of the i/v with Hur and JB?
• Why they wont even release the transcripts?
• Why the writer wasn't charged seeing he destroyed evidence AFTER the subpoena was issued?
