These folk are operating in what can become the toughest economy in the toughest of times, they're staring down the barrel of paying costs and damages in a 5 year legal fight which they lost in the Full Court of Australia, they have moved their reporting date back and they still have no capital. The coming Klarna float has looked as though it could spur the market on but there's still no news and they're talking about $15 bil instead of $20 bil now. I reckon there's room to see serious pain.
