I experienced it the first time in 2021-22 and was a killer holding and averaging down. Had to take silly risks to get down to 60-70s average. Never doing that again. lol
That's why I'm a "negative bull" even when I'm long and always discuss the negatives and bad things to keep me on my toes. Saved me heaps avoiding most of the falls, but even I nibbled a bit early in the mid-$1s.
I still have up to 2 years timeframe for a $3+ return. Need some new bull pumper recruits. I don't think I'll nibble again until I see some Zip excitement return. Will focus on US tech stocks and wait for them to crash a bit more. Mag 7 stocks need a bigger pullback for me to be happy.
