Yep it's been going up but I think a lot of shorts closed today. Bulls would have been too scared to buy after Wall St got smashed last night. Shorters took advantage and getting out before good results on Wed.
The problem with short reporting is that the data is delayed by 4 days so you won't see it visually on the short graph until later next week. State Street reducing their holding is a good sign.
I predict a reduction in shorts after the next 4 short updates. They want to you think the shorts are still high all the way to Wed results so you get scared and sell before results and let them get out easier at a better price. Today's $1.345 low was a good start for them to start closing, all the way into the close $1.485. Good money for them shorting from Q2 $3.27.
