Max needs to retire and his company is not worth $21B AUD
Affirm has 21 million users and not worth $13B USD MC.
Zip is only worth $1.93B AUD which is about $1.2B USD. (it was even cheaper when it was $1.08 a share and the AUD was 59c - they blew it)
Zip has 4.22M US users & 2.12M Aus users. Will probably grow more on Wed results.
Max/Seb should have put in an offer to snap up those 2.12M Australian users and get a footprint into Australia BNPL. Since the entire company is currently worth $1.2B USB, he wouldn't have to offer a lot for the Australian business and grab over 2M users instantly. Then we get to keep the US business and stay listed on the ASX
Both Seb & Max don't have what it takes to run Klarna & Affirm. Need some young go getters in charge like CS & Charlie
