Was that before or after the tariff exemptions, and before or after De Prez called bulltish on them and said the 20% remains, plus there's a whole new set of tariffs on its way on Monday for electronics? And before or after the announcement tat China has stopped all exports of rare earth and heavy metals, needed for between 90% and 99% of world production of electric motors, defence systems and phones, etc.
