I am not staying to not put any opinion. I am just saying that if it is not too soon to pat someone for something that did not happen yet. Pat him on back once it happens and he predicted it right. And by the way I have got no opinion at all, I am too new at investing, so I dont dare to give any specific opinion but generally I am bullish. Hope I am right.
