I took great notice of what Lilac said about the possibility of a big Class Action if the State Government of any kind would do a triple backwards somersault and let someone else go ahead in those tenements we used to own.

While I agree with that, and I would be one of the first to join in in that class action, one has to be aware of the rules and conditions in regard to take anyone to Court for any reasons whatsoever.

I may not be right in saying what I am going to say, but one cannot forget about the "Statute Bar Of Limitations" where it forbids anyone taking action against anyone after six years from the date of the occurrence.

I don't know if the same applies to "Class Actions", but unless someone will be able to prove me wrong, I am sorry to say that I will remain of the same opinion.

I hope that I am wrong.

I don't know if there are any grounds to have a Class Action in regard to our Company Management and Board, but IMHO it could be well worth exploring it too, juts in case.
