I also agree with the thoughts mentioned surrounding option conversion. Some of these holders have massive amounts of options lined up to be converted and need to be pulling this cash from somewhere to get them exercised. Hence they have no alternative to sell down the holding for cash and then reform their position upon conversion of options.

Once the option conversion is done with the action will really begin as the main controlling parties will be locked and loaded, all in, waiting for the deals to be signed.
