Here's a valuation correlation worth having a think about folks :-

O.K so if we assume that the 2.5 cent options are more like ' Pre-Paid ' installment shares we could mount an argument which suggest that the ' Fully ' paid component of 2.6 cents + 3.6 cents ( current SP I'll use ) = 6.2 cents or $87.4 million Mrkt Cap x .20% = 1.24 cents per share value on listing of the ' Partly Paid's ' ......leaving 80% or 4.96 cents to reflect the balance of the Mrkt Capitalization on the the Heads.

Hmmm .....so wouldn't it just be better to suggest when they FIRST commence trading on the market that the current price of 3.6 cents less 2.5 cents being the remaining amount payable on the ' Partly Paid ' shares leaving us with 1.1 cent valuation on the ' Partly Paid's '.....and thereby valuing the company at approximately $80 million.
And isn't it rather interesting that the difference in Market Capitalization is only roughly $8 million and yet the value of the ' Partly Paid ' installment shares are more or less priced the same between 1.1 and 1.24 cents...... sneaky.png

Isn't a bit of ' crafty ' Balance Sheet restructuring and financial engineering just the BEST !.......biggrin.png
