l dont see the relevance of the options not trading at present having any inpact on the share price.
The share price ran higher as many tried to jump on-board to get their entitlement, and has subsequently come back after the options went ex entitlement.
The options trading will not make the share price go higher. It will be the other way around. The share price will be the main driver of the options price, and the options will/should trade at around a 2c discount to the main share. If the share price trades higher, the options will follow. If the share price drops, so too will the options.
l personally hope they dont extend the offer. Get the options done, and concentrate on the business, and let announcements and milestones drive the share price higher.
