TPP wouldn't want RCR's solar farm project, back then or now. If you understand the TPP business they won't make a profit until they attain a certain level of revenue to cover their overhead. Guido knows a lot more about the business than me and he bought 6 million shares last week . I have been buying from the low of 13.5 cents in July.
