Hi 50ftcat - Eggers says that the offer was not unexpected but that just means its logical for pdn to make the offer - smm see the offer as unfriendly and I would think that pdn has had no discussion with smm major shareholders and that that 60% will wait for a lead from the smm board - face mecca and pray for another bidder to give us some leverage
