I am sure Ms Gillard is guiltless but it is not a dead horse as some people wish to race it. And tut tut to them fancy.
I just don't know why does she not explain why she allegedly set up an unauthorized and unconstitutional entity (apparently) in the AWU's name without opening a file or telling the AWU or S&G about it.
I am sure it is OK somehow; and she can explain it because she told us she has done nothing wrong. Just because they were a client at S&G where she was a young and naive partner means nothing I am sure. She has never lied ever so it must be true, and just because she did not get a job in law anywhere else after she "had her resignation accepted" means nothing either.
