Hey mate, using your example, if the vwap is 15c and the sp is 8c then the CR details will need changing or they won’t raise a dime.. whose going to participate in a CR at. 100% premium lol..
I think from memory the deal was no less than 75% of the vwap would be calculated (ie giving the discount).. even then using your example they wouldn’t raise a dime..
