I was just perusing the 2022 annual report and here are a few comments on a positive note ...and I think there will be more if time permits .
I get it investor confidence is probably being stretched here , but lets assume the ID 8 solution does work
and the value proposition is still remarkably high . ( and I really wouldn't know if that is fact or not )
1. Ref the recently appointed Directors
Rhyll Gardner - Recently appointed new director
Whilst with the Wespac Group - I imagine she would have been living through that period where Westpac copped a scorching and was fined over 1 billion dollars...for slack process and no accountability on cash and other transactions ....... not that long ago . So she should be able to convey the message to associates in the banking industry that ID8 could be great insurance policy .
( if I was her and I could get close enough to the operations to understand the real progress being made by the Tech people ...I'd be snaffling up a few mill ID8 at these levels ... knowing that with my real experience being through the wringer with the Westpac association I could round up half a dozen key banking people around the traps ...and sell the story with commitment ..and it would take much to get them into ID8's office for some pretty compelling presentations
Its worth reading this report . Us cynics can say its all spin - but lets keep an open mind we may be at the bottom ...almost . Just gotta see where the money will come from to keep the doors open , and how much dilution of current shareholders will be involved if they need to put their hand out again .
