If the chinese really were planning to T/O nkp there would be some insiders who already know this will probably happen like accountants or advisors and they would be buying nkp, or telling their relatives or even distant relatives to buy nkp, even if small lots of say 50,000 or 80,000 every day or so, but there is nothing to indicate a strong move to the upside is even close.
